My Hospital Visit

On the 2nd of April 2009 my Mum and my little brother drove to Starship Hospital.  I had to get my arm x-rayed, my elbow straightened up and my wrist straightened up a little bit.

The doctor cut off the fluff that was hanging out of my fingers.

I saw Jayden, from our class,  getting his new plaster on at the hospital.  Jayden got the same colour as me, a glow-in-the-dark one.  Then we got back in the car and went back home.

It was an exciting day.

Hi Teagan, It sure does sound like an exciting day. I am trying to imagine the doctor cutting fluff off your fingers and I am wondering what you were doing? And to have two people in one class getting plaster casts sounds a bit extreme too! I like the sound of the glow-in-the-dark plaster cast.
Hope you have a happy, accident-free holiday!
